    There is a reason why SCK is so popular, its very authentic with roots going back 1000s of years. I did this every morning for Sadana for a year eventually getting up to 31min. After 30-40 days, I began to experience the most amazing feelings in my heart area of a kind of enormous well-being, almost electric sensation. And it was not a perfect year for us, I injured my knee, Nancy & I both got sick, but we made it through! Even though I have moved on to another set of exercises for sadana, I still do 5repsX16 of SCK after tuning in to begin my days, it seems it has become a part of me and I don’t want to totally let go. The vagus nerve connection is very important here, it is enhanced and strengthened with the pumping and breath control. Once you get the posture, eyes and the neck lock right, the sensations are profound. Thank you for showing this. Sat Nam!
