    got some sweat up. I liked this one.
    But Got question: I breathed in and held it while think sa ta na ma 4 times then exhaled and held while thinking
    Wahe guru twice and the question is did I do it correctly?

    I still like the class. I believe most people in the world shallow breath I now Ido. I try to do long deep breathing but if I start to do something after a while I notice I go back to shallow breathing. But I am stubborn and will keep trying! Sat Naam
