A traditional liver and gallbladder set with plenty of breath, movement, and healing meditation for self renewal. Especially good at moving out calcified energy, processing old emotion and creating forward momentum in life.
As you emerge more into the world, with more activities and seeing more people, you can support yourself by building your aura and intuition.
Your aura is your protective field. It is the energy around you that is your shield. The stronger your aura, the more you can filter what comes into your body, mind and spirit ~ and this includes negative influences, illness, accidents, and harmful thoughts.
Your strong intuition is also your protection. Your inner guidance and wisdom is always there for you. It will alert you to danger, and direct you to the best course of action. You can nurture this and build your trust in it.
This class builds both your aura and intuition with yoga kriya and a meditation. It also increases vitality and makes you feel bright!

A nourishing and permissive yoga nidra to calm the heart and bring clarity to the mind.
A total yoga nidra practice experiencing the flowering open of the body in abundant spaciousness.
This class features the Opportunity and Green Energy set, opening the heart and inviting in the opportunities from within and from the Cosmos. With specific movement and breath patterns, this sequence really shifts the energy quickly and packs a punch to the nervous system—in the best way possible! The savasana and healing at the end will help you integrate the heart-ceneterd energy moving through your system. Enjoy this amazing green energy! My cat Levi also provides more comic relief than usual during this class 😉
An open heart can move mountains and bring peace to oneself and this world. This embodied practice incorporates breath work, movement and sound healing. The set of postures is designed to help you live from an open and calm heart and the breath meditation helps one to release fear. This is a gentle and subtle yoga and meditation practice that is useful to calm emotions during times of intense energy and confusion.
A gentle combination of movement, pranayama, and mantra to dissolve stress states and develop nervous system strength.
This class moves through many of the classic yogic postures. You are guided through each posture to breathe and to hold a space of lovingkindness towards yourself. Some of the exercises are activating/challenging and some are releasing/relaxing. They all balance each other, and allow you to stretch fully into your body and to give support to your organ and glandular systems. The class ends with a deep relaxation.
Mul Mantra is the root mantra, and the root is your soul. This is the mantra to repeat when you feel unsteady in your identity and your “roots”. When there are changes or uncertainty in your life, such as changes in home, routines, relationships or work, there is an opportunity to connect more deeply to your essence, to the part of you that is unchanging through time.
This Mul Mantra practiced is embodied with Celestial Communication, it is movement with music and reconnects you to your soul. This supports you to set the direction of the next step on your path.

I felt called to offer this flowing style of yoga for this spring and full moon energy. Instead of sun salutations, this flow is a moon salutation, more gentle, more yin, more restorative in nature. As you flow, please listen to your body and do only what feels right for you and modify as needed. This class is gentle and energizing. With deep stretching in pigeon pose, we allowed our hips to release any stagnant emotional energy and then we ended with bridge rolls on our back. This pose brings the effect of inversions without the strength and balance required by many other inversions. In the healing portion, we had the Archangel energy working with us. I invite you to feel the blue energy of Archangel Michael as you relax in savasana. At the end, we reaffirmed our connection to Earth, bridging our connection to the Cosmos and the Earth at our heart center, and allowing that energy to surround the entire planet. Feel your light and spread it!
This invigorating set of postures and breath exercises helps to build internal strength and stamina. These specific set of postures and breathing techniques give you the health and inner energy to live from your angelic nature.
This a beautiful series that will allow you to access the throat center so that you can project your creativity and voice your truth.
A journey into the mind to help you release fears, worries, tension, and anything else you’re ready to let go of. We’ll then fill the new space with joy, love, hope, and whatever else you’re wanting more of in your life.
A meditation to help you recognize what might be holding you back, release the limitations, and replace them with visions of beautiful possibilities, positivity, and trust in yourself.
This is an excellent class for massaging your lymphatic system (both the upper and lower body) and boosting your overall immune function. The powerful breathwork and movement in this class will also build your vitality and give you a feeling that you are capable and can be who you are meant to be.
Music: “Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur” by Hansu Jot
In this class, we began by centering ourselves with the breath and grounding into the earth. Then we worked with one of my favorite yoga sets—Nabhi Kriya. This kriya strengthens our core and connects us to our power, strength, identity, and grit. Even a very short version of the kriya(less than 15 minutes) is incredibly effective. After this energizing power movement, we moved into a short balancing meditation, using a mudra that automatically brings stable, neutral energy to the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies. I invite you to revisit this class any time you need to energize and balance yourself. It’s also a powerful experience to do this kriya and mediation daily for 40 days.
EFT Immersion Day 3 : Self Love
Today we dive into concepts around love. How do I give and receive love? Do I make time to show love to myself?
Do I create time for myself so I can re-charge and be able to show love + give energy to others? We do a few tapping rounds to explore and release any beliefs around not being worthy for self care, to take time for ourselves.
We want to look at our own needs and what will allow us to feel cared for and supported.
A total yoga nidra practice inviting the warm winds of spring to blow through the body, clearing out any stagnation or stuckness from the winter season and bringing inspiration and delight of the springtime renewal into the resting body.
We can become weighed down by the burdens of life, disappointments and stress. We can believe incorrect perceptions of others, or even our own incorrect opinions about ourself.
This class frees you of this debris so that you can come home to yourself, and to recognize the true essence of you.
We begin with a short and strong kriya for the spine and lower body, and then move a second powerful kriya to open the heart and lungs, which allows a powerful release. We end with a sweet meditation and relaxation.
Kriyas: Self Adjustment of the Spine and Essence of Self
Music: “Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur” by Hansu Jot and “Ajai Alai” by Guru Shabad Singh
EFT /Tapping Immersion Day 7 :
Today we target Procrastination + Overwhelm. The idea behind working with procrastination is tuning into if you’re not getting things done as an act of defiance. Did you grow up with an overbearing parent? Is there a small voice saying “you’re not the boss of me!” ) Or is if fear of failure that keeps you from getting certain tasks/projects done?
We also work with overwhelm- this is a great round to tap on everyday- before starting your day. Lastly, we talk about how to deal with physical pain in the body and how to release it with tapping. Ask yourself, “when did this pain begin? What does this pain remind me of? What was going on in my life when this pain began? It can be a great release and healing for the body. Enjoy!
In Pisces season, we may feel like we are being overtaken with emotions. It may feel overwhelming at times, but our emotions can give us insights into our energy and what needs to be seen. In this class, we use breath, movement, mudra, and mantra to move emotions out of our physical and emotional bodies so we can see, acknowledge, and embrace them. When we fully allow the emotions to be seen, we can process and embrace them. In the healing session at the end, we float in the cosmic ocean of love and allow them to merge with the Cosmos.
Tapping Immersion Day 6 | Cravings & Addictions
Today we look at cravings/addictions and work to tap down any anxiety we have about letting that craving go. The idea being that the true cause of an addiction is anxiety and/or feelings of isolation. Whether it’s sugar, coffee, chocolate or something more intense such as alcohol or drugs, we want to look at when did this begin? What was going on in my life when this craving/addiction began? Where do I feel the anxiety when I think about letting this go? We will target releasing the anxiety and tapping into the fears of releasing the craving. The goal is more freedom and less compulsion by removing the triggers around the things we crave.
A terrific yoga and pranayama set for releasing the old or beginning something new. Release stagnation, blocks, recycle decaying emotional states while strengthening the hara to give confidence and stability. Energy to persevere and physical power to endure. There is a way through every block.
Immersion Day 5 | Tapping to release stuck emotions.
Tapping rounds to release anger toward someone/ something, anger toward ourselves, and releasing sadness/depression.
