Vital and Strong

This set of postures and breath work includes an hour of active movement and breath work designed to build your vitality as well as inner and outer strength. During this movement and meditation class we work with both the physical and pranic bodies. The last 10 minutes involves a deep relaxation guided by the crystal sound bowls.
