One means to boosting the immune system is to remove any internal blocks or stuck energy. The right hemisphere of the brain stores negative emotions that when left unattended can lead to depression and a build up of internal blocks in the emotional body. This meditation helps us to adjust the right hemisphere of our body and our sympathetic nervous system. Practicing this will leave you feeling lighter and positive.
