    Effective! I didn’t realize I need this class as much as I did. I’m coming off an intense week of work and actually noticed some rare headaches in the last couple of days. Blancing head and heart energy and space was just the remedy I needed! Got emotionally cathartic for me at points too. Great sequence of breath work and postures. Thank you, Jennifer!
