As I tune in to the energy of this week, my sense is that there’s a lot of frenetic energy in the collective. The phrase that comes to mind is we need to get out of our own way! Perhaps you can relate? I was guided to guide you through a few powerful breath practices, deep stretches, and Ganpati (or Ganapati) Kriya Meditation. Ganapathi is another name for Ganesh, the elephant-headed hindu God known as the “Remover of Obstalcles”. This meditation is a beautiful way to drop all walls and dissolve boundaries so that you can tune in to the very important messages coming your way as we enter into the solstice energy. This will be a great class to revisit all week long and any time in the future when you feel that you need to clear barriers and limitations you’ve placed on yourself so you can connect with your true infinite nature.

In relaxation at the end of class—as with every one of my classes—you receive deep healing from the Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki) and other energetic signatures that the group aura is needing. This week, we are working with the heart—physical and energetic. Venus shifted into Gemini this past weekend and we are invited to feel our heart energy, and the love that vibrates within and around us, and emanates from us, communicating love to all. Warming up with cat-cow, down dog, and Fists of Freedom (formerly known as fists of anger), we energize the body and move and build prana. Then, we worked directly with opening and expanding the heart chakra and strengthening the physical heart muscle with the Sat Kartar, a meditation to open the heart. After observing the sensations of our energetic fields, physical bodies, and specifically in the heart, we moved immediately into the Mediation for a Calm Heart. This combination creates an incredible awareness to our heart, the energy it radiates, and our connection to the Universal Love. By allowing the mantra, I am loving awareness, to settle into your being as you meditate, you merge with the truth that is You. During the healing relaxation at the end, we received reiki, seventh-dimensional Venusian energy, and the Rose Light. Enjoy this magnificent energy and allow yourself to be held in it whenever you feel called.

The results of greater lung capacity and deeper breathing, gives you the feeling of being more fully alive, vibrant, with less fear. Increased lymphatic flow supports your immune system and overall health.

Clear Communication and Radiance

Now that Mercury has moved into Gemini, it is a perfect time to focus on clear communication. As we continue into spring I also felt called to work with our radiant bodies so that we can connect with our inner light and shine it out into the world. Beginning with powerful and strengthening warm-ups (cat/cow, down dog, archer, and frogs) we built energy and radiance within. Then with the Meditation for Clear Communication, we worked directly with the Mercury energy and empower ourselves to be heard as well as listen deeply. Then we worked with the Kriya to Magnify the Radiant Body. In this powerful meditation, we chant the Aad Such Mantra, a code fr unconditional love. With your left hand spread upon your heart center and the right Jupiter finger extended to the Cosmos, you are connecting with the unconditional love that is you and emanating it out into the world. Feel to love, be the love, extend the love.

In the deep relaxation at the end of class, we used a technique that helped us feel the light throughout our body, then radiated it outward, merging with all that is. We must intentionally slow down and ground ourselves for balance. This class of Yoga and Chanting for Grounding the Body & Heart is designed for this.

The yoga exercises in this class, focus on the root chakra, as well as the 2nd and 3rd chakras, and support healthy digestion and elimination. After a relaxation, the class concludes by chanting the Guru Ram Das mantra to soothe any feelings of anxiety or distress.

Venus shifted into Gemini this past weekend and we are invited to feel our heart energy, and the love that vibrates within and around us, and emanates from us, communicating love to all. Then, we worked directly with opening and expanding the heart chakra and strengthening the physical heart muscle with the Sat Kartar, a meditation to open the heart. After observing the sensations of our energetic fields, physical bodies, and specifically in the heart, we moved immediately into the Mediation for a Calm Heart. This combination creates an incredible awareness to our heart, the energy it radiates, and our connection to the Universal Love. By allowing the mantra, I am loving awareness, to settle into your being as you meditate, you merge with the truth that is You. During the healing relaxation at the end, we received reiki, seventh-dimensional Venusian energy, and the Rose Light. Now that Mercury has moved into Gemini, it is a perfect time to focus on clear communication. As we continue into spring I also felt called to work with our radiant bodies so that we can connect with our inner light and shine it out into the world. Beginning with powerful and strengthening warm-ups (cat/cow, down dog, archer, and frogs) we built energy and radiance within. Then with the Meditation for Clear Communication, we worked directly with the Mercury energy and empower ourselves to be heard as well as listen deeply. Then we worked with the Kriya to Magnify the Radiant Body. In this powerful meditation, we chant the Aad Such Mantra, a code fr unconditional love. With your left hand spread upon your heart center and the right Jupiter finger extended to the Cosmos, you are connecting with the unconditional love that is you and emanating it out into the world. Feel to love, be the love, extend the love.

In the deep relaxation at the end of class, we used a technique that helped us feel the light throughout our body, then radiated it outward, merging with all that is. This week, we are working with the heart—physical and energetic. Venus shifted into Gemini this past weekend and we are invited to feel our heart energy, and the love that vibrates within and around us, and emanates from us, communicating love to all. Warming up with cat-cow, down dog, and Fists of Freedom (formerly known as fists of anger), we energize the body and move and build prana. Then, we worked directly with opening and expanding the heart chakra and strengthening the physical heart muscle with the Sat Kartar, a meditation to open the heart. After observing the sensations of our energetic fields, physical bodies, and specifically in the heart, we moved immediately into the Mediation for a Calm Heart. This combination creates an incredible awareness to our heart, the energy it radiates, and our connection to the Universal Love. By allowing the mantra, I am loving awareness, to settle into your being as you meditate, you merge with the truth that is You. During the healing relaxation at the end, we received reiki, seventh-dimensional Venusian energy, and the Rose Light. Enjoy this magnificent energy and allow yourself to be held in it whenever you feel called.

Now that Mercury has moved into Gemini, it is a perfect time to focus on clear communication. As we continue into spring I also felt called to work with our radiant bodies so that we can connect with our inner light and shine it out into the world. Beginning with powerful and strengthening warm-ups (cat/cow, down dog, archer, and frogs) we built energy and radiance within. Then with the Meditation for Clear Communication, we worked directly with the Mercury energy and empower ourselves to be heard as well as listen deeply. Then we worked with the Kriya to Magnify the Radiant Body. In this powerful meditation, we chant the Aad Such Mantra, a code fr unconditional love. With your left hand spread upon your heart center and the right Jupiter finger extended to the Cosmos, you are connecting with the unconditional love that is you and emanating it out into the world. Feel to love, be the love, extend the love.

In the deep relaxation at the end of class, we used a technique that helped us feel the light throughout our body, then radiated it outward, merging with all that is. I felt called to offer this flowing style of yoga for this spring and full moon energy. Instead of sun salutations, this flow is a moon salutation, more gentle, more yin, more restorative in nature. As you flow, please listen to your body and do only what feels right for you and modify as needed. This class is gentle and energizing. With deep stretching in pigeon pose, we allowed our hips to release any stagnant emotional energy and then we ended with bridge rolls on our back. This pose brings the effect of inversions without the strength and balance required by many other inversions. In the healing portion, we had the Archangel energy working with us. I invite you to feel the blue energy of Archangel Michael as you relax in savasana. At the end, we reaffirmed our connection to Earth, bridging our connection to the Cosmos and the Earth at our heart center, and allowing that energy to surround the entire planet. Feel your light and spread it!

In this class, we began by centering ourselves with the breath and grounding into the earth. Then we worked with one of my favorite yoga sets—Nabhi Kriya. This kriya strengthens our core and connects us to our power, strength, identity, and grit. Even a very short version of the kriya(less than 15 minutes) is incredibly effective. After this energizing power movement, we moved into a short balancing meditation, using a mudra that automatically brings stable, neutral energy to the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies. I invite you to revisit this class any time you need to energize and balance yourself. It’s also a powerful experience to do this kriya and mediation daily for 40 days.

Now that Mercury has moved into Gemini, it is a perfect time to focus on clear communication. As we continue into spring I also felt called to work with our radiant bodies so that we can connect with our inner light and shine it out into the world. Beginning with powerful and strengthening warm-ups (cat/cow, down dog, archer, and frogs) we built energy and radiance within. Then with the Meditation for Clear Communication, we worked directly with the Mercury energy and empower ourselves to be heard as well as listen deeply. I felt called to offer this flowing style of yoga for this spring and full moon energy. Instead of sun salutations, this flow is a moon salutation, more gentle, more yin, more restorative in nature. With deep stretching in pigeon pose, we allowed our hips to release any stagnant emotional energy and then we ended with bridge rolls on our back. This pose brings the effect of inversions without the strength and balance required by many other inversions. In the healing portion, we had the Archangel energy working with us. I invite you to feel the blue energy of Archangel Michael as you relax in savasana. At the end, we reaffirmed our connection to Earth, bridging our connection to the Cosmos and the Earth at our heart center, and allowing that energy to surround the entire planet. In this class, we began by centering ourselves with the breath and grounding into the earth. Then we worked with one of my favorite yoga sets—Nabhi Kriya. This kriya strengthens our core and connects us to our power, strength, identity, and grit. Even a very short version of the kriya(less than 15 minutes) is incredibly effective. After this energizing power movement, we moved into a short balancing meditation, using a mudra that automatically brings stable, neutral energy to the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies. Where do I feel the anxiety when I think about letting this go? We will target releasing the anxiety and tapping into the fears of releasing the craving. To Relax and Release Fear

Fear can become a habit. When we aren’t tapped into our breath, our heart and our deeper resources, then we get trapped in the calculations of the mind, and we try to avoid fear and pain. But this does not make us happy.

As I tune in to the energy of this week, my sense is that there’s a lot of frenetic energy in the collective. The phrase that comes to mind is we need to get out of our own way! Perhaps you can relate? I was guided to guide you through a few powerful breath practices, deep stretches, and Ganpati (or Ganapati) Kriya Meditation. Ganapathi is another name for Ganesh, the elephant-headed hindu God known as the “Remover of Obstalcles”. This meditation is a beautiful way to drop all walls and dissolve boundaries so that you can tune in to the very important messages coming your way as we enter into the solstice energy. This combination creates an incredible awareness to our heart, the energy it radiates, and our connection to the Universal Love. By allowing the mantra, I am loving awareness, to settle into your being as you meditate, you merge with the truth that is You. During the healing relaxation at the end, we received reiki, seventh-dimensional Venusian energy, and the Rose Light. As we continue into spring I also felt called to work with our radiant bodies so that we can connect with our inner light and shine it out into the world. I felt called to offer this flowing style of yoga for this spring and full moon energy. Instead of sun salutations, this flow is a moon salutation, more gentle, more yin, more restorative in nature. With deep stretching in pigeon pose, we allowed our hips to release any stagnant emotional energy and then we ended with bridge rolls on our back. This pose brings the effect of inversions without the strength and balance required by many other inversions. In the healing portion, we had the Archangel energy working with us. I invite you to feel the blue energy of Archangel Michael as you relax in savasana. At the end, we reaffirmed our connection to Earth, bridging our connection to the Cosmos and the Earth at our heart center, and allowing that energy to surround the entire planet. Fear can become a habit. When we aren’t tapped into our breath, our heart and our deeper resources, then we get trapped in the calculations of the mind, and we try to avoid fear and pain. But this does not make us happy.

This week, we are working with the heart—physical and energetic. Venus shifted into Gemini this past weekend and we are invited to feel our heart energy, and the love that vibrates within and around us, and emanates from us, communicating love to all. Warming up with cat-cow, down dog, and Fists of Freedom (formerly known as fists of anger), we energize the body and move and build prana. Then, we worked directly with opening and expanding the heart chakra and strengthening the physical heart muscle with the Sat Kartar, a meditation to open the heart. After observing the sensations of our energetic fields, physical bodies, and specifically in the heart, we moved immediately into the Mediation for a Calm Heart. Now that Mercury has moved into Gemini, it is a perfect time to focus on clear communication. As we continue into spring I also felt called to work with our radiant bodies so that we can connect with our inner light and shine it out into the world. Beginning with powerful and strengthening warm-ups (cat/cow, down dog, archer, and frogs) we built energy and radiance within. Then with the Meditation for Clear Communication, we worked directly with the Mercury energy and empower ourselves to be heard as well as listen deeply. Now that Mercury has moved into Gemini, it is a perfect time to focus on clear communication. As we continue into spring I also felt called to work with our radiant bodies so that we can connect with our inner light and shine it out into the world. Beginning with powerful and strengthening warm-ups (cat/cow, down dog, archer, and frogs) we built energy and radiance within. Then with the Meditation for Clear Communication, we worked directly with the Mercury energy and empower ourselves to be heard as well as listen deeply. Then we worked with the Kriya to Magnify the Radiant Body. In this powerful meditation, we chant the Aad Such Mantra, a code fr unconditional love. With your left hand spread upon your heart center and the right Jupiter finger extended to the Cosmos, you are connecting with the unconditional love that is you and emanating it out into the world. Feel to love, be the love, extend the love.

In the deep relaxation at the end of class, we used a technique that helped us feel the light throughout our body, then radiated it outward, merging with all that is.
