This comprehensive practice includes breathwork, movement, mantra and sound healing. The class focuses on the 10 bodies as offered in Kundalini Yoga. In this class you will be able to quickly recalibrate your energy and explore the many facets of you.
This recording is Day 1 of our 40 day experience. We will meditate daily from 6-6:30 a.m. pst from September 25 – November 3. Each day we will follow the same format so feel free to play this and follow along if you miss a day. The version of the mantra we use is from Snatam Kaur’s track, Source of Strength.
The mantra we are using is Aap Sahaa-ee Hoaa. This mantra helps us to penetrate the unknown without fear. It provides protection and mental balance.

Are you feeling tired or as though your immune system needs a boost? This short yet effective pranayama meditation helps you to clear your energy. One means to boosting the immune system is to remove any internal blocks or stuck energy. The right hemisphere of the brain stores negative emotions that when left unattended can lead to depression and a build up of internal blocks in the emotional body.
